Note: On Friday evenings when no other performer is scheduled and frequently
on Saturday or Sunday mornings, Rick Esterling plays piano in the lobby of the Symes Hotel. Rick's
repertoire includes a wide variety of songs and musical styles but he admits favoring those from the
early to mid 20th century by such legendary artists
as Irving Berlin, George and Ira Gershwin, Rodgers and Hammerstein, Cole Porter, Fats Waller, and
many more. Guests and local residents are encouraged to bring their instruments, voices, dancing shoes,
or simply their appreciation for good music to these casual events and join in the fun!
