16.01.010 Adoption of Model Subdivision
Requirements. The town hereby
adopts by reference the model subdivision and surveying regulations of the
State of Montana 19th edition November 2006 for review of all
subdivisions within the town limits.
16.02.010 Subdivision
Review Fees
16.02.010 Upon
request to the Town by individuals or developers to review new subdivisions
and/or annexations and due to the cost of reviewing plans, advertising, holding
public hearings, and other activities associated with the review of a
subdivision proposal, the Town assesses non-refundable fees, payable to the
Town of Hot Springs, at the time of application. These fees and charges are listed in the Appendix Table of Fees.
